Frequently asked Questions
How do i get my photos to you?
Once you have added the size of your drawing to your cart, a prompt will ask you to put in your email so photo’s can be discussed
What if i would like to add or change something to my drawing?
During the process I always send progress photos to you, if you want to add or change something… no problem at all, There are no extra charges as I purely charge by size and not what is in the drawing. I want you to be completely satisfied and happy with the drawing.
How long does a drawing take?
Depending on what size, since an A4 is smaller it can take me up to 2 days to complete, A3 drawings 5 - 7 days, for an A2 which is a very big size please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks.
What about postage times?
UK residents I send special delivery, and can take 1-2 days to arrive, If ordering from outside the UK, be that America, Australia etc… please allow 10 - 14 days, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it on its journey.
